What Are The Heavens Saying About Mankind?

If you haven't noticed or felt it, the heavens are busily speaking. Are you listening?

According to the creation account in Genesis 1:14-19, God created the sun, moon, and stars for three specific purposes: to separate day from night, to provide light upon th Earth, and to serve as SIGNS to MARK days, seasons, and years. Sad man took that to only mean in AGRICULTURE, not the days, seasons, and years man lives and experiences life with its ebbs and flows. They threw the baby out with the bath water. What I mean by that IS, because man corrupted what God meant for GOOD, they STOPPED using the heavens to guide them completely. They threw the ENTIRE belief in astrology, which God set up, out.

July 2026 is an exceptionally busy month for stargazing, featuring rare planetary conjunctions and meteor showers. This is not witchcraft. It's the heavens doing God's bidding in a never ending dance of knowledge. However, astronomy experts generally agree that August (thanks to the Perseids) or December (the Geminids) see higher peak meteor rates and overall viewing popularity.

Oh, how Christians forget to let the Bible words speak for themselves. Sometimes, humans get the interpretation wrong and CONDEMN everything, even what God has given them to HELP, GUIDE, them and WARN them. There will always be a verse, if used as a stand alone verse and not in FULL CONTEXT to change what God meant. There will be MISINTERPRETATIONS of the Bible, for selfish agendas. Also, it must be noted, the ENTIRE Bible reflects the WILL and NATURE of God, but it MUST be READ.

Matthew 16:2-3 (NIV): "He replied, 'When evening comes, you say, "It will be fair weather, for the sky is red," and in the morning, "Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast." You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.'"

Astrologers are calling July 2026 one of the most critical months of the DECADE, largely driven by the rare "Barbault Basket" planetary alignment. This configuration brings massive, transformative energy for global shifts, collective awakenings, and personal breakthroughs. Are you woke yet?

Since late April, we’ve quietly crossed the threshold into one of the most significant astrological configurations of our lifetime. Some astrologers call it The Barbault Basket, named after French mundane astrologer AndrĂ© Barbault, who spent decades studying the relationship between planetary cycles and collective history.

The Barbault Basket was discovered and predicted by AndrĂ© Barbault, a prominent French astrologer and philosopher known for his work in mundane astrology (the study of world events and social trends) Barbault became well known for forecasting major turning points, including the global pandemic years before 2020. But interestingly, he didn’t believe astrology was simply about predicting crises.

He believed it could also identify when humanity begins rebuilding. And that’s exactly where we are now. Barbault anticipated that the mid-2020s would be a massive turning point. Before his passing in 2019, he interpreted this rare planetary arrangement optimistically, predicting (using the planets) that it would facilitate the redistribution of power and resources, technological innovation (AI), and a "splendid relaunch of civilization". I believe the redistrubution of power and resources are at a BAD place with Trump leading. We, as a collective, can change that for good if we listen to our intuition, JOIN TOGETHER and follow that PULL towards TRUTH.

Late February planted the seed. End of April accelerated the process. Mercury Retrograde (June) has been asking us to reconsider the stories we’re telling ourselves. July simply becomes the moment where the picture comes into focus. Think less “light switch.” Think more “sunrise.” This is what Barbault said would mark “the splendid relaunch of civilization”. The luckiest zodiac signs of 2026 are LeoSagittarius and Cancer. Because the planet of abundance, Jupiter, enters Leo in June, Leo is primed for massive rewards and soulmate energy (I'll write a post about soul mates and twin flames in a future post). Sagittarius experiences global expansion, while Cancer enjoys incredible financial luck early in the year. This ISN'T a prediction about anyone's personal life, but about what the HEAVENS are saying as God's tool to communicate His will (which aligns with God and Scripture always) to mankind. It's BIGGER than one person's day.

Ask yourself have your beliefs been changing or adjusting? Do you feel like TRUTH is one if the MOST imoirtant things to you right now? Do you feel a strong desire for JUSTICE? That feeling is being experienced GLOBALLY. It's written in the HEAVENS. It is happening WITH or WITHOUT your permission. SORRY!

In July 2026, humanity is experiencing a collective shift defined by emotional recalibration and the dismantling of outdated systems. Driven by an exceptionally rare alignment of outer planets forming a "Barbault basket," the global focus is moving away from fear and collective control toward individual empowerment, heightened authenticity, and mental innovation. Wow, sounds great God.

The month’s (July) major astrological focus includes:
The Barbault Basket: Peaking between July 19 and 25, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto will all sit at exactly four degrees of their respective signs. Astrologers suggest this alignment will unleash powerful, revolutionary forces in society, technology, and global power dynamics.
Retrograde: The month kicks off in the sluggish haze of Mercury retrograde in Cancer, urging reflection until it turns direct on July 23, clearing up past communication issues.
Intense Beginnings: The July 4th weekend features Mars conjunct Uranus in Gemini, which astrologers associate with sudden upheavals, fireworks, and unexpected surprises. Did you see who marched on Washington in masks on the 4th? Did you see America's REACTION?
New and Full Moons: The July 14 Cancer New Moon is an ideal time for emotional fresh starts, while the July 29 Aquarius Full Moon provides a moment of choice and analysis for future plans.

Christianity generally frowns on astrology because the Bible categorizes it as a form of divination and idolatry. Engaging with it is seen as a rejection of God's sovereignty (even though He created them for signs from Him), as it shifts faith and identity from the Creator to the creation, threatening the Christian belief in free will. In the biblical story of Joseph (Genesis 44), the "divination cup" was a silver goblet used in a ruse with his brothers. Theologians have spent countless hours trying to SAY it wasn't REALLY a divination cup. Okay. Here are reasons used to discount astrology BEING created by God.
1. Condemnation of Divination Scripture strictly prohibits seeking hidden knowledge, predicting the future, or interpreting omens through supernatural or created means. Passages such as Deuteronomy 18:10-12 explicitly forbid sorcery and fortune-telling, which are the root practices of predictive astrology and horoscopes. the word "mystery" occurs 22 times in the New Testament and zero times in the Old Testament. If you include the plural "mysteries," the combined total is 27 times.
In the King James Version (KJV) of the Bible, the exact word "hidden" is used 17 times. In other modern translations, the exact count fluctuates; for example, if you include variations like "hid" or "hide," or use the English Standard Version (ESV), the total count of the root word or concept appears over 100 times across various books.
"He who has ears to hear, let him hear": Jesus uses this exact phrasing 8 times in the Gospels (Matthew 11:15, 13:9, 13:43, Mark 4:9, 4:23, Luke 8:8, 14:35) and 7 times in Revelation. "Eyes that see" vs. "ears that hear": This contrast appears in passages like Isaiah 42:20 and Matthew 13:16 to describe spiritual perception
But the recipe and the creation of the planets were created by God for such purposes. He didn't create the world and mankind and then abandoned us. Just like medicinal plants he created for our health, God SPEAKS to man through the planets and stars. SIMPLE. We are in a DIALOG with God not a MONOLOG. He says even nature will TESTIFY of him. Romans 1:20, which states: "For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse."  SUMMARY: even the heavens will testify of God so no man has an excuse saying he did not know about God.
2. Idolatry and Misplaced Trust. Astrology attributes power and influence to planets and stars, giving them a role in determining a person's destiny. Christians believe that  wisdom, guidance, and the future come solely from God, not the cosmos. According to this worldview, trusting astrological signs for direction rather than relying on prayer and Scripture (it's in Scripture) is a form of idolatry. Isn't it the OPPOSITE? Isn't believing God uses the heavens to speak to those in RELATIONSHIP with him in various ways He has told us about. ISN'T IT WISDOM AND OBEDIENCE if used for the purpose God created. Man CORRUPTS what God intends for good. Just like Christianity is being used politically for personal agendas. Not biblical and anti-Christ.
3. Interference with Free Will and God's Plan. The belief that a person’s personality or life path is determined by their birth date clashes directly with the Christian doctrine of free will and divine purpose. Christianity teaches that God uniquely created and guides each individual's path (e.g., Jeremiah 29:11). Placing one's faith in a horoscope (it can be a TOOL given or gifted by God) undermines this personal relationship and divine design. Luke 12:7 (and Matthew 10:30), which states: "Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows." If God is this PRECISE about the hair on your head, why wouldn't he be THAT precise with the date of your birth?
Let's not forget this classic: Miraculously, God gave the donkey the ability to speak, and it asked, "What have I done to you to make you beat me these three times?" After they argued, God opened Balaam’s eyes to see the angel, revealing that the donkey had actually saved his life, Numbers 22 of the Old Testament. So if God says the stars and such are signs, why not believe it.
Predestination is ALL throughout the Bible. Religious leaders WON'T teach it for FEAR people will use predestination as an excuse to sin. Ephesians 1:4, 11: Highlights that believers were chosen before the world's foundation to be adopted through Jesus Christ according to God's purpose. Romans 8:29-30: Outlines the "golden chain" of salvation—foreknown, predestined, called, justified, and glorified—indicating a divine plan for believers. Acts 4:27-28: Suggests that even specific historical events, such as the crucifixion of Jesus by various actors, were decided beforehand by God's power and will. Maybe PREDESTINED people believe in ASTROLOGY, messages from God to them in communication for His divine will. When people use it for PERSONAL gain; Not biblical. After all, a heavenly body announced Jesus location of birth and time, Matthew 2:1-2. Jeremiah 1:5, "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."

The primary verse addressing Pharaoh being predestined or chosen for a specific purpose is in Romans 9:17, where the apostle Paul quotes God: "For the Scripture says to Pharaoh: ‘I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display My power in you, and that My name might be proclaimed in all the earth’". The heavens are always proclaiming God's name and will. The story of Jacob and Esau in Romans 9:11-13 is the classic biblical illustration of unconditional predestination. Before the twins were born or had done anything good or bad, God declared, "the older will serve the younger," demonstrating that His sovereign choice depends on His own purpose, not human effort.
Least we forget as Christians and believers of the Bible best known astologers; the Magi (often called WISE MEN) were Eastern scholars and ASTROLOGERS who INTERPRETED a unique CELESTIAL phenomenon as a SIGN that the "King of the Jew" had been born.. Their journey is recorded in the Gospel of Matthew. Are you being called to be WISE in this collective transformative time? No. I'm not PUSHING astrology. I'm saying God creates good for mankind and man ruins it, making it SINFUL, not God.
SIDE NOTE for my peeps: The biblical texts do not specify the race or ethnicity of the Magi. However, in medieval and Renaissance European tradition, one of the three (I love the number three) kings, Balthazar, came to be depicted (because he was) as a BLACK AFRICAN man (King) representing the continent of Africa There is more than a little Black History in the Bible.
4. Identity in Christ For believers. Identity should be rooted entirely in Jesus Christ and their spiritual rebirth, not in a zodiac sign. Seeking answers in astrological charts is often viewed by theologians as a distraction or even a competing worldview that draws people away from trusting God. I think I have demonstrated here through Scripture that the planets and stars were not created without purpose and meaning like everything God created and explained and given to man by God. DOROTHY GUYTON, author (BA, MA) INTERVIEWER: Should Christians read Horoscopes?
The book of Genesis makes it clear. Interpretating and deciding what should and shouldn't be taught from the Bible has caused wisdom to be lost. The book of REVELATION, ONE book to do so, WARNS not to add or change one word of what is written. Deuteronomy 4:2 (and repeated in Deuteronomy 12:32): Commands the Israelites not to add to or subtract from the commandments given by the Lord. Proverbs 30:5-6: Warns that adding to God's words will result in being rebuked and exposed as a liar.  Revelation 22:18-19: States that anyone who adds to or takes away from the "prophecy of this book" will face the plagues described in it and lose their share in the tree of life.
Revelation 22:18-19 warns against altering the biblical text, stating that anyone who adds to the prophecy will receive its plagues, and anyone who takes away from it will lose their share in the tree of life. This reflects a long-standing scriptural principle to preserve the purity of God's message, even the message in Genesis.
Navigating Faith and the Heavens. Some Christians view this topic with more nuance, pointing out that the Bible acknowledges the celestial bodies serve as physical signs for "seasons and days" (Genesis 1:14). Historically, the early Church and devout medieval scholars also studied the stars to marvel at God's cosmic order. However, the general CONSENSUS (meet and greet and agree) across modern denominations is that using the stars to seek personal guidance or predict human affairs is spiritually dangerousDOROTHY GUYTON, author (BA, MA) INTERVIEWER: Do you believe in angels and other celestial beings?
It IS spiritually dangerous for those whose minds and hearts are NOT on the KINGDOM of God. But, for those who study the Bible, who have a relationship WITH God, and seek to BE a a part of His WILL, see the planets and stars as God's way of communicating with man. The heavens have been one of the FIRST and LASTING ways God guides and warns us, in my learned opinion. Share your thought and opinions. All welcomed.
