Do You Know The Numbers?

Have you noticed how significant knowing "the" number is. I mean, people check the NASDAQ and Stock Market numbers religiously. The amount of weight an in utero-baby (fetus) puts on is charted by every ounce monthly to ensure the baby is thriving. We do countdowns for importand events. Numbers are crucial in Human life. The weather for the day, days of the week, months, and years, are all about the numbers. There are numbers we must know and many contain mystery. I love numbers.

The original way of numbering days, months and years have changed. We are not using numbers as when mankind was first created. Like, the new year used to start on a different month number. The New Year began originally, as far as I can research, on the THIRD month, MARCH. As time has passed and for what reasons I do not know, now the New Year, for most, begins January, in the ELEVENTH month of CAPRICORN followed by PISCES. No I'm not encouraging LIVING by HOROSCOPES the zodiacs. I'm talking NUMBERS everywhere you look. DOROTHY GUYTON, author (BA, MA) INTERVIEWER: Should Christians read Horoscopes?

Does this kind of SWITCH change anything? I don't know. What I do know is the MARCH ARIES are the NEWBORN baby of Astrology, the beginning and first with my favorite number THREE, and end with FEBRUARY PISCES, which is DEATH and wisdom; the niumber TWELVE. Now we begin in JANUARY CAPRICORN which is LATE ADULTHOOD and end with DECEMBER AQUARIUS, penultimate sign of MATURITY. Why the CHANGE and does it mean anything significant? Who even CARES?

The ZODIACS are FIXED in the sky. Man just changed the order of the beginning of what they marked as the New Year with theses zodiacs prominent in the heavens for a certain month of each year. There is a pattern of Human growth (babe through old age) attached to the year by the signs, But what about the numbers? In the Bible numbers have certain meanings and patterns that are a constant. Fixed.  NUMEROLOGY noticed this and ASSIGNED meaning to them. Did they CRACK some ancient CODE, possibly established by God? DOROTHY GUYTON, author (BA, MA) INTERVIEWER: Number Two (2) Magical Mysterious Numerology?

I know, you're ready to FIGHT because a Christian is pushing the DEVIL occult worship of ASTROLOGY. Calm down! Not pushing anything. First of all, are you actually saying what God uses as SIGNS for His creation is EVIL. I can agree on a certain level, but it didn't START off that way in GENESIS in the Creation account.  DOROTHY GUYTON, author (BA, MA) INTERVIEWER: People Are Always Looking For A Sign.

In Christianity we already know the power of the number SEVEN and TWELVE. But, do you nnow the Bible repeatedly USES NUMBERS in patterns and significance. I want to do a series of BLOG posts about INDIVIDUAL nimbers. For as long as I can REMEMBER in my life, the number THREE just seemed to show up in my life and those times were significant. The repetition of the number three made me look the number up from every angle of what the number THREEcould means. What I discovered abi=out the number three is so PROFOUND, it became my communication PORTAL when me and God communicated. I even have a three tattoo.

God USES the number three for manifestation. It's the number of the TRINITY and SACRIFICEThe English word "three" used for the number 3 is recorded 485 times in 426 King James Bible verses. It occurs 410 times in the Old Testament and has 75 occurrences in the New Testament. The Old Testament writings that use "three" the most are the book of 1Chronicles (35 times) then Numbers (33). The New Testament books that use the word the most are the book of Acts (17 times) followed by Matthew (12). The first use of the word is found in Genesis and its last is in Revelation. I have 3 daughters all born in the month of 3-March. I paid ATTENTION because NONE of their due dates were for March.

The number 333 is widely viewed as a symbol of God's divine presence, completeness, and spiritual awakening.is often interpreted as an amplification of the Holy Trinity (the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) and is deeply tied to a powerful promise of divine guidance and communication. Christians also see three as symbolic of the Trinity the triune nature of God: as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

In the Bible, the number 30 primarily symbolizes divine calling, dedication. and SPIRITUAL MATURITY. It frequently marks a transition from preparation to active service, representing the age at which an individual reaches full physical and mental maturity to take on major spiritual and leadership responsibilities. Jesus BEGAN His ministry at the AGE of 30 and He ministered for 3 years before his cruixifixion rising the third day.

What about the number 12, which shows up often in the Bible? The meaning of 12 is that it symbolizes God's power and authority, as well as serving as a perfect governmental foundation. It can also symbolize completeness. The words “twelve” and “twelfth” are used 212 times in the Bible. A large majority of these uses are connected to, and point to, the 12 sons of Jacob/Israel, which formed the 12 tribes of Israel. The 12 sons/tribes begins in Genesis, and these “reminders,” pointing back to them, continue all the way to the last book of the Bible in Revelation. Following are most of the significant uses of “12” in the Bible. I love this, so I had to share it. Significance of the number 12 (twelve) in the Bible. - JesusAlive.cc

The 12 sons/tribes of Jacob/Israel (Gen 35:22)(Gen 42:13,32)(Gen 49:28)(Lk 22:30)(Acts 7:8)(Acts 26:7)(James 1:1)(Rev 21:12).God promised that 12 princes would come from Ishmael (Gen 17:20)(Gen 25:16). At Elim, there were 12 wells of water (Ex 15:27)(Num 33:9). There was to be 12 “cakes” (loaves of bread) in the Tabernacle (Lev 24:5).

During the dedication of the Tabernacle, the leaders of Israel made an offering of 12 oxen (Num 7:3). The total of other offerings for the Tabernacle dedication was 12 silver platters, 12 silver bowls, 12 gold pans, 12 young bulls, 12 rams, 12 male lambs in their first year, and 12 kids of the goats (Num 7:84,87). These were brought over a period of 12 days (Num 7:78).

God ordered Moses to collect 12 rods, one from each of the 12 tribes, and place them in the Tabernacle. The rod that blossomed would be the man He had chosen (Aaron) (Num 17:1-9). Twelve spies were sent to spy out the Promised Land (Num 13)(Deut 1:23).

Twelve stones were to be taken from the Jordan River to serve as a memorial that God had dried up the Jordan so that the Ark Of The Covenant and the people could cross it (Josh 4:1-9,20). When the men of Gibeah killed a man’s concubine, he cut her body into 12 pieces and sent it throughout all the territory of Israel (Judg 19:29).

Solomon’s throne had 6 steps leading up to where he sat, and there was a lion on each side of the six steps (12 total) (1 Kin 10:18-20)(2 Chr 9:19). Solomon appointed 12 governors over all of Israel (1 Kin 4:7). DOROTHY GUYTON, author (BA, MA) INTERVIEWER: Do you believe in angels and other celestial beings?

A large basin called “the Sea” was built to hold water for the priests, and it was set upon 12 oxen statues (1 Kin 7:25).

The prophet Ahijah tore the garment he was wearing into 12 pieces (1 Kin 11:29-30). Elijah built an altar with 12 stones (1 Kin 18:31-32). Elisha was plowing with 12 yoke of oxen when Elijah called him (1 Kin 19:19).

Evil Manasseh was 12 years old when he became king (2 Kin 21:1)(2 Chr 33:1). Nehemiah was appointed to be the governor in the land of Judah for 12 years (Neh 5:14). Haman sought to destroy all of the Jews in the 12 month (Es 3:7,13)(Es 9:1). God’s judgment fell on King Nebuchadnezzar 12 months after his dream (Dan 4:28-33).

Jesus chose 12 disciples (Mt 10:1-5)(Mt 20:17)(Mk 3:14-19)(Mk 14:17-20)(Lk 6:13-16)(Lk 9:1,12)(Jn 6:67-71).

The woman with the “issue of blood” had been bleeding for 12 years when she was healed by Jesus (Mt 9:20-22)(Mk 5:25-34)(Lk 8:43-48). The daughter of Jairus, whom Jesus brought back to life, was 12 (Mk 5:42).

Jesus was 12 years old when He became separated from His parents after the Passover (Lk 2:42-43). (This is also the first time that Jesus speaks in the Bible (Lk 2:49). After Jesus fed the 5000 men (and many more counting women and children) with 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish, there were 12 baskets of fragments left (Mt 14:20)(Mk 6:43)(Mk 8:19)(Lk 9:17)(Jn 6:13). Jesus said that in the regeneration, the 12 apostles would sit on 12 thrones judging the 12 tribes of Israel (Mt 19:28).

When Jesus was being arrested, He said He could call for more than “12 legions of angels” if He needed help (Mt 26:53). Paul laid hands on “about 12 men,” and “the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied” (Acts 19:6-7).

The New Jerusalem will have a wall with 12 gates, and 12 angels at the gates, with names written on them which are the names of the 12 tribes of Israel (3 gates each on the north, south, east, west) (Rev 21:12). This wall will have 12 foundations, and on those will be the names of the 12 apostles (Rev 21:14). Each of the foundations will be adorned with 12 different precious stones (Rev 21:19-20). Each of the 12 gates will be constructed of one pearl (Rev 21:21).

There will also be a “tree of life,” which bears 12 fruits, one for each month (Rev 22:2).

The Bible is also filled with multiples of the number of 12. For example, when the Temple was built, its foundation was 60 cubits long (12 x 5) (2 Chr 3:3), the porch was 120 cubits high (12 x 10) (2 Chr 3:4), and the Holy Place was overlaid with 600 talents of fine gold (12 x 50) (2 Chr 3:8). When the Ark was brought into it, 120 priests were “sounding with trumpets” (12 x 10) (2 Chr 5:12). When dedicating it, Solomon offered a sacrifice of 120,000 sheep (12 x 10,000) (2 Chr 7:5).

There are so MANY more to explore and I enjoy doing it. Other important numbers of the Bible I will be exploring are: 6, 9. 13, 40, 24, and 444. There should be some surprising and intersesting discoveries.

People feel differently about things because they ARE AFRAID of getting out of God's will. Good fear to have. I am one of those people. But, what keeps me GROUNDED is the FACT everything God created he called it GOOD. All of the things man are calling bad, started off as NEEDED and WONDERFUL. Along the way, man CORRUPTED it, turning it BAD. I lay God on everything, not God onto ME

If in doubt, and you believe in COINCIDENCES, then why is God's TELEPHONE NUMBER Jeremiah 33:3. Jeremiah 33:3 is a famous biblical verse about PRAYER and seeking DIVINE REVELATION during difficult times. It is widely used as a reminder that God invites His people to seek Him in times of trouble.

  • KJV: "Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not."
  • NIV: "Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know."

  • The Context: God spoke this promise directly to the prophet Jeremiah while he was imprisoned in the courtyard of the guard, facing what seemed like an impossible situation.
  • The Revelation: "Great and unsearchable things" refers to God’s hidden plans, spiritual truths, and future restoration that are completely beyond human understanding or foresight. [1]
    • Historical Context: Originally, this verse was spoken to assure Israel of God's plan to restore Jerusalem and the fortunes of Judah after their captivity.
    • Spiritual Application: Among Christian communities, it is widely viewed as a fundamental verse on prayer. The consensus among believers is that it serves as an enduring promise that God hears sincere prayers and reveals profound wisdom to those who seek Him
  • The Call: God invites humanity to pray ("Call to me") and promises an active response ("I will answer you"). Try giving HIM a ring!

We Are A Trinity Too

Humans are COMPLICATED! I could stop right there and not say another word because that sums up what we are as human beings: complicated. Psychology has tried to explain the human mind and how it affects our human behavior. Theory after theory has been presented and diagnosis after diagnosis is attributed. But through all of the study by experts of human beings, the conclusion remains, people are complicated and cannot be put into ONE nice neat package wrapped with a lovely bow.

After speaking with my daughter and she laughingly admitting, "I'm so much like daddy," I had to agree. But on the other hand, she does so many little things that remind the family of me. All of a sudden it came to me and I said, "You are three people. You are dad, me, and your quirky self. You are a TRINITY."

It's true. We acknowledge on a biological level that our children possess DNA from the father and the mother. The passed along DNA gives the child certain PHYSICAL characteristics from each parent. We are comfortable acknoledging our sweet little child has their father's ears or feet or our child has their mother's eyes or delicate hands. We look for those passed along similarities often with joy. But then there are those times of frustration or stress when we say with not so happy feelings, "You act just like your father. You act just like your mother." Oh, if you are a parent, sooner or later, it slips out. We also know it is not good for a child's mental health to be told they behave like a parent who has been disappointing, missng, abusive, or any other negative attribute by a parent.

But, when I began to think about the THREE-PART-PERSON on a level other than biological, I thought, "If we are created in the image of God and God consists of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, then may we also on another level exist as a TRINITY on another level?"

Children who have been raised with a single parent, mysteriously enough still have certain BEHAVIOURS of the absent parent even though they were never exposed to those behaviours to mimic or incorporate internally from enviromental exposure. You may notice the child tilts their head in a certain way when they laugh just like the absent parent. The child may hold objects or react to things in the same way as their absent parent and it usually blows the present parent's mind.

There is an ESSENCE to us we carry from our parent in which glimpses are always peeking through. I don't believe scientists have come to a conclusion saying PERSONALITY traits are passed down from each parent. Scientist have said NURTURE and ENVIROMENT (nature) have the biggest influence on a child's development not exactly knowing which is the most influential at all times in a child's life. But who has looked at the SPIRITUAL part of the transfer children receive from EACH parent?

In Christianity, it is taught that the body is only a TEMPORARY housing for the spirit. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. In Thessalonians 5:23 it says, "And the God of peace Himself sanctify you wholly, and may your SPIRIT, and SOUL, and BODY be preserved complete, without blame, at the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ." Our material bodies are evident, but our souls and spirit are less distinguishable. Thessalonians also shows the TRINITY within us in that particular verse.

Each day, if what I am now coming to believe is true, then we each walk around EVERYDAY with the SPIRIT or essence TRANSFER from each of our parents along with our own individual SPIRIT or essence. That is MINDBLOWING isn't it? I have come to advocate for dating people to be knowledgeable of the people you may PROCREATE with. RIGHT? We are doing some serious transfers with each others and to our children.

I want to also say we need to nurture those transfers were receive from each of our parents present or absent. A person is NOT ALL BAD OR ALL GOOD. Parents should recognize those little quirks and if there is a comment; make it a positive one. If correction is needed; be gentle and positive too. But, I do wonder, "How much of the TRINITY can be changed and manipulated by us mere mortals?" We didn't put it there so can we change it?

Anyway, I just found it awesome to discover we are created in the image of our Creator in such a dynamic way. We are a TRINITY also in so many ways.

This post dedicated to my beautiful daughter, Desarea.
