Why Are Republicans Cheaters In Politics?

From Georgia to Arizona, Nevada to Michigan, Republicans are mounting an all-out assault on the election process that journalist Ari Berman refers to as a “five-alarm fire for democracy.”

Why are Republicans turning to CHEATING in an effort to ensure their presidential nominee, Donald Trump, wins the presidential election? Come on. Let's not play dumb. Haven't you cheated at something at least once in your life? If you answered yes, then you know why the Republicans have gone to tactics which are definitely in the category of cheating. But, in case you don't know why people cheat, continue reading.

When we think of cheating, we first think of infidelity in relationships. We think about men and women cheating on each other because it is done so much it has become the NORM, expected, and really no big deal in society. Married men: 20–25% of married men cheat, according to Professor Nicholas Wolfinger. A 2024 study found that 20% of men admitted to having sex with someone outside their marriage. Married women: 10–15% of married women cheat, according to Professor Nicholas Wolfinger. A 2024 study found that 13% of married women admitted to having sex with someone outside their marriage.

We are not talking about relationships though. We are talking about one political party trying to CHEAT the American people out of their VOTE and their desired choice for PRESIDENT. This has not been occurring forever, it is not the norm. But Republicans have been cheating so much and for so long that it has become EXPECTED of them by society, hopefully not ACCEPTED by society. So, what are our Republican friends up to now? 

Georgia Republicans altered how counties count and certify votes. The Georgia state election board passed a new rule that empowers board members—whose traditional role has been to ministerially certify the number of votes cast for each candidate—to condition certification on a “reasonable inquiry that the tabulation and canvassing of the election are complete and accurate and that the results are a true and accurate accounting of all votes cast in that election.” Broken down, the election board can question ballots and delay state certification of votes if their man doesn't win. 

In Texas, the Republican-controlled state government has for years tried to restrict voting in districts where Democratic candidates do well. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced this week that he has purged over 1 million voters from Texas voter rolls. This increasingly common tactic inevitably removes legally registered voters, often through faulty data screens that target likely Democratic voters. As the old church singers sung, 'Your name is removed from up yonder when the roll is called,' or something like that.

Also in Texas, last week, under Paxton’s orders, the homes of a dozen members of LULAC, the League of United Latin American Citizens, were raided and searched by Texas authorities, including SWAT teams. LULAC said in a statement, “Attorney General Paxton’s actions clearly aim to suppress the Latino vote through intimidation and any means necessary to tilt the electoral process in favor of his political allies.” These are fear and intimidation tactics long employed by cheaters.

Lindsey Graham, in an effort to ensure Trump wins all of Nebraska's electoral votes, went to Nebraska to try and get them to change their electoral count rules within 50 days of an election so that they just happen to disenfranchise a bunch of voters. Nebraska splits its five votes, granting two of them to the winner of the state’s popular vote, while the other three are given to the winner of the three congressional districts. 

The South Carolina Republican, Graham, met with Governor Jim Pillen and more than a dozen Republican lawmakers Wednesday with the hopes of shoring up support for a bill that would make all five of Nebraska’s electoral votes go to whoever wins the state, Nebraska’s Republican congressional delegation wrote a letter to Pillen Wednesday urging the state to return to a model where all the votes would be granted to the winner of the whole state. Such a bill would transform Nebraska’s presidential election into a winner-take-all system—at the very last minute. They wanted ALL of Nebraska's votes to go to who they believed would win the state, Donald Trump ensuring Kamala Harris could not receive ANY votes from the state.

Republicans are doing some BOLD in your face CHEATING and do not care who knows it. But why do they continue to cheat even when they know people HATE CHEATERS? Because the reward for them is worth it. 

Cheating can be a shortcut to money, fame, and success. It promises all the reward without the work. It's the path of least resistance—as long as you can avoid being caught. Republicans are so desperate to win, they don't care if they get caught cheating. Their NEED to win has left the realm of what a healthy mature person will and will not do. There are no deterrents such as shame, guilt, and/or ostracization by society that can rein in their need to win. Many would say they have crossed over to sociopathic, psychotic behavior. Everyone agree and know they are prone to CRIMINAL behavior. Their top man Donald Trump is a convicted FELON. Isn't that a criminal?

Research across different fields, from academics to sports, suggests that people with lower self-esteem are more likely to cheat. They might cheat to achieve goals, boost their image, or avoid failure because they don't believe in their abilities. People may also cheat to obtain money or prestige, a desire to prove they're smart, or because they are impulsive. Winning elections such as the presidency, allows for all of the aforementioned REWARDS.

In sports, success often involves comparing oneself to others, which can lead to a sense of entitlement and the belief that one is better than others. Politics is the highest of competitions. It is seen by an audience of millions of voters. The voters are rooting and cheering for their TEAM to win. Just like in sports, the candidates vying for political offices will cheat to win to avoid embarrassment or awkwardness, to attain a certain rank or status, to see if they can get away with it and/or to prove they're smart.

Okay. We know people cheat. You may be one of the cheaters, past or present. But WHAT type of person cheats? WHAT are the different types of personalities that are most likely to cheat? There are several types of personalities that have been found to be more prone to cheating, including narcissists, psychopaths, and those with an avoidant attachment style.

There you have it! A narcissist and/or psychopath are known to be cheaters. Narcissism can present as a mental health disorder along with psychopathic behavior. A narcissist is a person who has an excessive interest in or admiration of themselves. Narcissists think the world revolves around them. President elect Donald Trump checks that box. A psychopath typically is a person who is callous, manifests antisocial behaviors, does not see other people as human beings, manipulates them, betrays them, uses them and has total disregard for the law. We have a winner! Donald Trump gets a check for this box also. He uses people, gives them marching orders and then publicly deny he has ever seen or known them. Enter Laura Loomer.

When people succeed in competition against others, it seems to compromise their ethics. It makes them more likely to cheat afterwards. On the flip side, when someone fails too many times, they look for other ways to win such as cheating. Donald Trump has won a presidential election (2015) and lost a presidential election (2020). This makes his chances of cheating even greater because he is operating from both sides of the coin. 

When trying to find an answer or strategy to stop people, Republicans, from cheating, the solution becomes problematic because they are not operating as 'normal' people. Remember, many of the actions of some of the Republican party have crossed over the line of acceptable behavior for a rational person. If they are not affected by symptoms of mental illness than they are operating under peer pressure or even coercion. Lindsey Graham went to Nebraska after public suggestions by a close Trump supporter, Laura Loomer he was 'gay' which he denied. Research suggests that patients with mental illness may be more prone to VIOLENCE if they do not receive adequate treatment. Violence is not always just physical. Everyone knows Trump is not afraid of stirring the pot (or to get others to do the stirring for him) of violence to get people to do his bidding or in retaliation.

Lindsey Graham was one of many Republicans asking Donald Trump to distance himself from the baseless conspiracy theory spreader (Laura Loomer), who also makes racist and degrading posts on her social media platform with a large number of followers. Her response to Graham's request, “Lindsey Graham has never been loyal to President Trump,” Loomer wrote on X (formerly Twitter), adding, “When is Lindsey coming out of the closet? We all know you’re gay, Lindsey… and that’s ok.” If she was used as a WEAPON, she hit EVERY TARGET.

Over the course of the past seven years, Loomer has posted an unending stream of racist and Islamophobic content online, while pushing conspiracy theories about school shootings, election fraud, and the January 6 attack on the Capitol.

Loomer posted a racist attack against Vice President Kamala Harris. “The White House will smell like curry & White House speeches will be facilitated via a call center,” Loomer wrote in a post on X.

Even Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Georgia congresswoman who has pushedschool shooting conspiracies, boosted QAnon, and even questioned if Nancy Pelosi should be tried for treason and executed, called Loomer’s recent social media posts “extremely racist.”

The only way to combat evil is to continue to do good. Edmund Burke said it best, "All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing," Voting for people who put the welfare of country and citizens first, without seeking glory, status, or power is how we combat Republicans who have crossed over the SANITY line, either by mental illness, coercion, threat and/or intimidation. Voting, running for political offices, and continuing to resist is what will show there is no room for cheaters in politics just like in sports and relationships.

Even if you, yourself have cheated in life, let us not allow cheating to become the 'norm' in our lives and society when it comes to our political process. Republicans, as I said earlier are BOLD and in your face cheating. With our focused engagement in politics and wise voting, eventually, the GOOD will conquer the BAD. 

Childless Voters and Kamala Harris

WHAT MAKES A WOMAN A WOMAN? Often when this question is posed, the answer sought goes beyond the defining two X chromosomes of biology. Comments JD Vance made in 2021 questioning Vice President Kamala Harris' leadership because she did not have biological children have resurfaced with all its original IGNORANCE. The now Vice-Presential running mate of former President Donald Trump, posed, during a Fox News interview while he was running for senate in Ohio, “How does it make any sense that we've turned our country over to people who don't really have a direct stake in it?" He was referring to women without children. His logic was, if a person is childless, they cannot be interested in the future of America and should not have a hand in it's shaping.

Vance went on in the Fox interview to say, “We are effectively run in this country via the Democrats," and referred to them as "a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they’ve made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too." He said that included Harris, U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg (who is now a married father) and U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, a New York Democrat.

Originality is not a strong suit of Mr. Vance because men have been going beyond the XX chromosome in efforts to "box" women into definitions they themselves do not apply to manhood. In 2017, the leaders of the top industrialized nations met in Sicily, Italy, for the annual Group of Seven summit, and that year, most of them were united by their lack of offsprings. Five of the seven national leaders attending the G-7 summit did not have biological children. British Prime Minister Theresa May, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni have no children. German Chancellor Angela Merkel has two stepsons, and French President Emmanuel Macron has three stepchildren. Were any of the leadership skills of the men who were not fathers questioned? NO.

For centuries, women have been made to feel less of a woman if they were unable to have children. As women entered the workforce and began to have careers, they were shamed if they chose not to have children. A man did not face any such judgement and most times was glorified for being an advanced-aged bachelor, without any children. His advanced age did not detract from his manhood as did society's belief once a woman reached menopause or had to have a medical hysterectomy takes her out of womanhood.

While in Seminary in 2005, in a Marriage and Family Counseling class, the question was posed, "Can a woman who CHOOSES not to have children or who are unable to have children be a Christian?" The question was asked based on a biblical verse written by the Apostle Paul, in 1 Timothy 2:15, "Women will be saved through childbearing." "Yet she will be saved through childbearing—if they continue in faith and love and holiness, with self-control." My instructor answered saying, no. If a woman does not have children, they will not be saved and cannot be a Christian. Needless to say, this is an erroneous, dangerous misinterpretation of the passage. I will not dissect the TRUE meaning of the passage along with its content here. I tackle this teaching in my book, When Will Eve be Forgiven? Remember, Kamala Harris said context is important. Believe me, it is a false teaching of this Bible verse. But, nonetheless, men feel free to base the quality of a woman and/or her life based on childbearing. 

The ability or inability of a woman to have children or her CHOICE not to have children has been WEAPONIZED against a woman in ways not used against men. For JD Vance to say a person cannot be a person invested in their country if they do not have children demonstrates his low opinion of women reducing them to baby manufacturing machines. I'm certain Christians will insert the be fruitful and multiply Bible verse here found in Genesis. They fail to note the command to multiply means those professing Christianity are not to limit or impede the number of children conceived in a Christian marriage. How many children does the Christian family have on average? 

According to Pew Research Center, the average Christian household has 4.5 people globally. In 2017, the Pew Research Center also reported that Christian women have an average of 2.6 children, which is second only to Muslims, who have the highest fertility rate among major religious groups. However, fertility rates have declined across Christian denominations in the United States, from 2.7 children in 1972 to 2.3 in 2016. Liberal nondenominational movements have a fertility rate of around 1.8–1.9, which is roughly what they need for stability. Conservative nondenominational movements, however, have a fertility rate of around 1.9, which is much higher than the 0.8 they need to grow. Didn't see that one coming, did you?

If we are to follow JD Vance's reasoning, then what about childless voters not seeking public office? Do they have a stake in the direction of their country? Should they be allowed to vote? Does he want WOMEN to show up at the voting booth with their children's birth certificate certifying/proving they have a stake in our country's government? Are childless women to be rejected as voters?

What is the fascination and preoccupation with the reproductive organs of women the Right have? A man came up with the theory of Penis Envy. Penis envy is a theory from early psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud. He believed that when female children realize they lack a penis, they feel "castrated" in comparison to males. It may be that MEN in the 21st Century are having uterus envy and become highly upset if we have one and don't use it like they would (Yeah. right.). I'm just saying.

The definition of womanhood is too complex to nail down due to the fact it can't be summed up with a few simple words due to the fact of the wondrous adaptability of women and their multitasking ability. Women have never been limited and should not be limited in any of their endeavors if they are childless and most definitely should not be maligned for it. It's time for men to stop waving around a woman's reproductive choices as some kind of apocalyptic warning. Their blue pill should be taken so they can have a seat.

When it comes to votes, Vance may lose a few due to his statement about childless women. In 2020, about 44.7 percent of Black women were childless in the United States. A little less than half of all women in the United States were childless in that year, coming in at 46.8 percent of the female population.

There is no shame for Kamala Harris. She belongs to an elite list of people who have contributed positively to their community, state, and country in various ways without having biological children.

Christianity Stabbed in the Back By Evangelicals

    

    I am a Christian and I know my head is spinning around just like Linda Blair's head did in the movie the Exorcism as she spewed out green pea soup vomit. My head isn't the only head spinning, other heads are and spinning, spitting, and spewing out the pea soup of TRUMP FOR PRESIDENT. Let me make it perfectly clear why my head is spinning. My head is spinning at the flip flop of the Church in its attempt to shape the outcome of the 2024 election. Evangelicals are going against their own teachings and beliefs.The are losing their integrity and bringing suspicions on Christianity as a whole. My heart bleeds for the Christians who are in a stupor of confusion.

EVANGELICALS ARE CREATING STUMBLINGS BLOCKS TO CHRISTIANITY WITH THEIR SUPPORT OF TRUMP!

"Therefore, let us stop passing judgement on one another. Instead, make up your mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother's way." Romans 14:13

"Be careful, however, that the exercise of your freedom does not become a stumbling block to the weak." 1 Corinthians 8:9

    Why have I pulled these two passages from the Bible, and not go into the context of which they were spoken, to make a foundation for my post? Because these words speak so well to what is causing my head to spin and my concern for other Christians, those who are babes in Christ, and for the secular world who are watching Christians and their actions in the public political arena.

    For years, rightly or wrongly, Christianity has taught congregations or warned them in depth about other religions in which they consider to be cults.

    The Four Major Cults Evangelicals point to are: Christian Science, Jehovah's Witnesses, and Mormonism. Wait! One denomination labeled as a cult by Evangelicals is missing. You're right. I wanted to draw your attention to a qoute from an article I found before naming the last cult.

    "For decades evangelicals have diligently and faithfully attempted to identify, analyze and warn the church against cults. Included in the standard list are Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Christian Science, Unity School of Christianity, Sun Myung Moon's Unification Church, etc. Yet the most seductive, dangerous and largest cult (many times larger than all of the rest combined) is not included in the list! Most cult experts refuse to identify this horrendous cult as such! Instead, they accept it as "Christian."… facts of which I myself was ignorant years ago when I, too, failed to identify the Roman Catholic Church as the cult it is… Were Luther, Calvin and the other Reformers alive today, they would denounce Roman Catholicism as the largest and most dangerous cult on earth!... Did you catch the 4th denomination many Christians believe is a cult? Yep. Catholicism.

    In the pews of many Sunday Schools or in the early evening of Bible Studies, and yes, in Seminaries across the United States, it has been drummed into the Christian mind that there are cults, and you should do everything to evangelize lost people and bring them to Christ.

    But the political arena of 2012 changed this teaching/preaching. For the first time in history, there was a Republican who was a Mormon who at one point looked like he could be the Republican presidential candidate to go up against the Democratic nominee. His name was Mitt Romney. What was a Christian to do? There must have been some kind of conflict occurring in their spirit? They must have had to decide: "Do we continue to refer to Mormons as a cult as we have been doing for years, or do we become silent and back a Mormon Republican?" Heads everywhere must have been spinning or even exploding in churches across America at the thought of backing a Mormon.

    What WERE the views of Evangelicals regarding Mormonism? The Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant branches of Christianity reject Mormon claims of additional scriptures, and of the prophetic office of Joseph Smith and other Mormon leaders. They disagree with Mormon charges that they have committed apostasy. They believe Mormonism can be seen to diverge from traditional Christianity in four areas: its views on scripture, the nature of God and the deification of believers; the deity of Christ and the trinity, and finally, salvation. Mormons believe in the general accuracy of the modern day text of the Bible, they also believe that it is incomplete and that errors have been introduced. In Mormon theology, many lost truths are restored in the Book of Mormon, which Mormons hold to be divine scripture and equal in authority to the Bible. What was an Evangelical to do?

EVANGELICALS DECIDED TO BE QUIET FOR AWHILE AND VOTE REPUBLICAN IF THEY HAD TO REGARDLESS OF RELIGIOUS AFFILIATION. Later they would return to disliking Mitt Romney and declare him a RINO - Republican In Name Only.

My point is, the Christian community has been notorious in flip flopping to fit voting REPUBLICAN.

    

Now at the forefront of the Evangelical's latest political flip flop is former president Donald Trump who they are putting in the same vein as historical biblical figures who were pivotal in the continuation of the religion. They are lifting their presidential candidate so highly until they are being accused of making Donald Trump into a Christian god. Make no mistake. This is a BLACK EYE on Christianity.

But, as I stated earlier, Evangelicals have been flip floppers in the political arena for centuries. At present, we are allies with Israel as they fight their war against Hamaas. Evangelicals have been in the corner of Israelies no questions asked. But now there are rumblings of not wanting their American money continually used to support foreign wars. How have Christianity viewed the Jews in the first place?

    Evangelists have always believed Jews needed to accept Jesus as the Messiah, but only said it behind closed doors. Evangelism of Jews has always been hampered by the fact Jews believe Christians seem not to be able to decide if they worship 3 Gods - God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, and the vast number of denominations they have. The large number of denominations within the Christian religion, according to one account, are more than 38,000 different denominations, with each saying the other is apostate, out of the will of God. This division damaged the integrity of those claiming the religion in the eyes of the Jewish people. INTEGRITY, or the loss of integrity has been a part of Christianity.

    Integrety was lost by the Evangelicals in the 2012 election and is taking a really big hit in this 2024 presidential election.

    What do Evangelicals believe? They believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. 

    Love has always been considered central in Christian faith. It refers both to the nature of God and to the orientation and quality of Christian discipleship. The Bible confronts Jews and Christians with the divine command to love God, other humans, and their own selves. Thus, in both traditions love has always been more than feeling, emotion, and passing sensation. It involves acts of accepting God’s gift of loving relationship and covenant; of willing to develop faithful relations with God, other people, God’s creation and one’s own emerging self; and of desiring transcendence and transformation of both self and other.

    Most Christians believe that the greatest commandment is "thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment"; in addition to the second, "thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself", these are what Jesus Christ called the two greatest commandments (see Mark 12:28–34, Luke 10:25–28, Matthew 22:37–39, Matthew 7:12; cf. Deuteronomy 6:5, Deuteronomy 11:13, Deuteronomy 11:22, Leviticus 19:18, Leviticus 19:34).

    This is what the 'faithful' have been told for years. But no more, it appears. All of these beliefs are being turned on their head while the pea soup spewers are calling Democrats, people who hate God, evil, lost, and sinful, bound for hell. And if 'we', the right people, must vote for a president who does not display or champion any of our beliefs, we will say and do anything to that end, even label him as our hero or savior. We will use witty banter, jokes, or claims of your freedoms are in jeopardy to ensure the Republican vote. We will look over crime, greed, and corruption to have what WE want to have. We will tarnish GOD, JESUS, AND THE HOLY SPIRIT IF NECESSARY. Case in point. Here is a joke during the presidential campaign of 2012.

    The most damning thing about the power and influence of Evangelicals to be a king maker is today, 176 million Americans claim to be Christians—69% of the population. Yet, only 6% of U.S. adults—which is 9% of those identifying as Christians—possess a biblical worldview, believing the Bible to be accurate and reliable, among other convictions. According to Pew Research, 31% percent of Americans never attend church or synagogue, compared to 20% of Americans who attend every week. Fifty-seven percent of people who identify as Christians do not attend church according to a gallop poll. The statistics show Christians are not PRACTICING their faith. Backing a Republican of Donald Trump's character, show they are not LIVING their faith. 

The Christian Right is seizing the day to take their country back and it does not matter what is sacrificed in this effort: INTEGRITY.

    Many men have attempted to gain sole power in their country before. Donald Trump elevates himself to a status of the only one being able to save a country. Who else in history can we draw a parallel to this self-crowning (which the founding fathers actually established the way every citizen of the United States could demonstrate their wishes as to who would have these powers by voting rights)? The Great Caesar, once loved and admired by many. Julius Caesar did not hold the title of emperor, as that title was not used in Rome during his lifetime. However, he did aspire to consolidate power and be recognized as the sole ruler of Rome. In 44 BC, he was appointed dictator perpetuo, meaning dictator in perpetuity, which effectively gave him supreme authority. Is this in the future for Trump if he wins the 2024 election?

    Napoleon would go on to crown himself an emporer and we have no idea the title Hitler would have chosen if his plan for world control and power would have been successful.

    People are calling for smaller government, but it actually seems like they want to kill government. It is the rich 1% of aristocrats stiring up the poorer 99% to fits of rage and sadly, there are many Evangelical leaders trying to rise to be1%ers if they are not already. Mega churches mean mega money. Will this attitude have some unforeseen consequences?

    Christianity is stabbing itself in the back and have been doing so for years. It has culminated and shown it's true self, which is the lust for POWER and GREED. The flip flopping of Evangelicals on their teachings of sin, love, cults, and which denomination is the only TRUE Christian religion and who belongs in it, has been heading to this outcome. Will our ability to be taken seriously as a voice for Jesus, those living Holy lives, and an example for others who would want to follow Jesus continue to remain intact after the 2024 presidential election?? Or will our venom and loss of integrity turn off the world to Christianity?

    All I know is - my head is spinning from listening to the Christians as they engage in politics. I look for the love, grace, and mercy of Jesus as he changed history through his ministry, and I can't see it.
