Gold Digger Women

   

     Men have called women gold diggers since time began. Kanye West and Jamie Fox had a hit song called Gold Digger where they highlighted in negative lyrics that a woman will take all of your money and leave you broke. She will even lie and say a child is yours to get money. Yes, trap a man for money. Kanye would go on to marry a Kardashian who most people would label a gold digger. The problem with men labeling women gold diggers is they seem to be attracted and desire that type of woman. Men know from jump they are choosing a gold digger because there are tell tell signs and he knows it. Deep down men are willing to pay to play and gold diggers know it too. 

    So, what/who is a gold digger? A gold digger cares about material things including money and status. Yes, STATUS is important to a gold digger. There is a secret about womanhood I think men should know. Women are in constant competition with other women. The hairstyles she wears has nothing to do with men, nor the makeup and clothes they wear. Women choose possessions and styles to belong or to be associated with a certain caliber/grouping of other women or to one up each other or grouping of women. No woman wants to be in the unattractive group of women, uneducated group of women, not fun group of women and so on and so forth. Her status among other women is the deep underlying force of the materialistic woman labeled gold digger. I know the women are disagreeing, but I have receipts.

Here are signs of a materialistic woman our lovely gold digger:

Pays a lot of attention to her appearance. She is up on latest makeup trends, fashion, hairstyle, and puts the time in to look good. 

Loves to shop. *No brainer*

Doesn't pay her own bills. Her parents may even continue to pay her bills or the next man or several men giving a $20.00 here and there. It adds up fellows. Usually, a dry begger. ex. "I would go out with you if I had something to wear" equals shopping trip paid for by the sucker.

Likes showing off. She wants to go to places to be seen and take that selfie.

Lives a glamorous lifestyle. There are only certain places she can be seen in. Usually not Wal Mart.

Hangs out with women of her standing. Usually other women getting/with money.

She is prideful. Not everyone can meet her. Can't eat just anybody cooking. She will let you know she is on another level than others.

Loves gifts. *No brainer* on this one.

Not loyal. She trades out friends and boyfriends with no problem. Usually says she has acquaintances. 

Always checking her phone. Has to keep up with latest trends, likes, what the Jones' got going on to be in on it or better at it.

They talk about money. They are working on it, going to have it, got it already, just money talk.

If someone has something nicer than them, they feel inferior. This may not be voiced but it's there.

Home probably cluttered from all of their things they don't even use. 

Cares about others opinion more than their own. Will wear something slap crazy, post outrageous things, or wear hairstyle if it's trending and getting attention. a lot of likes is important.

May use people to get ahead. Will make friends quick to get in the happening crowd/circle even if they don't like them.

No genuine sense of self identity or purpose. No goals in life unrelated to money, don't know current news events, not reflective on life.

Shares their material possessions on social media. 

Brag about what they have. 

Spend money they don't have. Use credit cards, have overdrafts, bounce checks, borrow money. Can't budget.

Feel entitled. Insulted if the man doesn't have enough money to buy her what she wants or take her where she wants to go at a snap of a finger. 

Competitive. Wants to be the prettiest woman in a room. Wants to wear an outfit that other women ask her wear she shops.

Thinks she is the main character. Thinks what she likes, and dislikes mean something to everyone she meets or is around at any given time.

Only shows emotion when they need something. Interested in sex when she wants something new or wants to go somewhere.

Judgmental. Always commenting and critiquing (usually about women) behind people's backs. 

    I promise if a woman acts like this about money and status, men, you dodged a bullet because she lives a miserable and probably messy life filled with drama. But she cute though and that is what makes you mad not that she is flawed in character. If looks are your main objective, then you will have to pay to play, and I think you may need to ask yourself are you that shallow of a being as the gold digger?
